The recent conflict in Ukraine has given a new impetus to discussions about the developments in Russian identity and foreign policy. This timely conference will focus on developments in identity and foreign policy more in general, seeking to discuss Russian foreign policy as a complex phenomenon. Issues such as Russian identity, Moscow’s perceptions of the external environment, domestic influences on Russian foreign policy and historic relations with various countries and regions should be discussed and analyzed at the conference in order to place Russian foreign policy in a wider context. Please see the attached call for papers for more information about possible topics and the deadline for paper submission.
We would appreciate if you could circulate the call for papers widely at your university/institution and to anyone that could be interested.
