Next week 5th – 10th October we are having a Wellbeing week at the New Wellbeing rooms in the Simon building. There will be free sessions throughout the week including a free healthy breakfast with a morning 15 minute start the day the right way relaxation session.
Throughout the week there will be taster sessions of our Be Active programmes such as Alexander technique, Indian club swinging and various dance, Pilates and Yoga sessions plus Massage, Manchester School of Beauty, Circus skills, mindfulness session along with many more activities. The sessions are drop in so you can just turn up and join in. All equipment is provided.

We have the following new classes
Directions to Wellbeing rooms – From Oxford Road , turn down Brunswick Street and walk past the old entrance to the Simon building, take the first right ( up the steps or the access ramp) and turn right through the new entrance doors. At the entrance turn left and walk down the corridor, the Wellbeing rooms will be sign posted.
All the Active Manchester classes will be held on the ground floor and the Chill out room is located on the 1st floor of the Simon Building.
All equipment is provided.
Please wear comfortable movable clothing e.g. t-shirt/leggings/joggers/shorts.
Showers and Changing facilities – There are no designated changing areas however there are plenty of toilets in the building with space for changing. There is a shower room located in the Wellbeing rooms on the ground floor and in the following areas: Ground floor communal toilets, 1st floor Ladies toilets (key code to get in C12457) 2nd floor one shower in each of the men’s toilets situated either end of the building.
